How can I cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period?
| You can cancel your membership within the first 14 days of your membership. Whether any costs apply depends on how often you've visited the club: - 0 or 1 visit: you can cancel free of charge. - Every visit after your first: you pay the day pass rate of the club you visited. - 4 visits or more: we charge the flex membership fee instead, as this is usually cheaper than the combined day pass rates. How to cancel in the app: - Open the app and go to Studio. - Select Self-Service. - Tap Contract Data, then your active membership. - Choose Cancel Contract, then tap Proceed to Cancellation. - Select your membership end date. - Select 14-day cooling-off period as your cancellation reason and confirm your request. We'll review your request and let you know your cancellation date and any charges or refund that apply. If there's an amount to pay, you can pay it in the app under Studio > Self-Service. |
