Can I cancel my membership early?
| In some situations, you can end your membership before your contract end date. This is possible if: - you're moving permanently (change of residence) - you can't train because of an illness or injury - you've lost your job (corporate members only) To process your request, we need a supporting document, for example: - Change of residence: a rental agreement, house purchase deed, municipality registration confirmation or work contract - Illness or injury: a medical letter or hospital appointment letter - Job loss: a letter from your employer confirming the end of your employment Without a supporting document, we can't process your request. Please note: because you're ending your contract early, you'll need to pay back the promotion you received when you signed up. This covers any discounts or free periods you've used up to your new end date. How to apply: - Open the Early Cancellation Request form using the button below. - Fill in all the fields and select your reason. - Upload your supporting document. We'll review your request and confirm by email whether it's approved. Once we've received your document, a one-month notice period starts, after which your membership ends. We can't process early cancellations retroactively. |
