Can I cancel or end my freeze early?
| Your freeze hasn't started yet? You can cancel it yourself in the app: - Open the app and go to Studio. - Select Self-Service, then Idle Period. - Select your freeze and tap Cancel idle period. Your freeze has already started? Every freeze lasts at least 1 month. Once that month has passed, you can ask us to end your freeze early. Click the Contact us for support button below and let us know the date you'd like to start training again. |
