How can I cancel my membership early for extraordinary reasons (medical or permanent relocation)?

If you need to cancel your membership early due to medical reasons or permanent relocation, start by submitting a cancellation request through the Clubsportive app. The app will set your cancellation date to the end of your contract period. To request an earlier date, follow these steps:


1) Go to our support form, by clicking on 'Contact us for support' button below.

2) Select Membership > Cancellation (Relocation) or Cancellation (Medical Reason).

3) Upload any required documentation to support your request.


Our team will review your submission, and if approved, you’ll receive a notification confirming the updated cancellation date.
