How can I withdraw my cancellation request in the app?

If you’ve changed your mind and want to keep your membership, you can withdraw your cancellation request with these steps:

1) Open the Clubsportive app and go to Studio.

2) Select Self-Service.

3) Tap on Contract Data, then select the cancelled Active Membership.

4) Click on Withdraw Cancellation and confirm by clicking OK.

 Your membership will remain active, and the cancellation request will be withdrawn.
