How can I adjust my personal details?

Keeping your contact information updated ensures that you receive all important communications. To update your personal details, follow these steps:

1) Open the Clubsportive app.

2) Go to Studio in the bottom menu.

3) Select Self-Service.

4) Tap on Member Data.

4) Choose Address or Contact Details.

5) Make your updates and click Save.

 Your information will be updated immediately, ensuring you stay informed without interruptions. Please be aware that changing personal data such as your first name, last name, and date of birth are not possible.
