How can I cancel my membership within the 14-day cooling-off period?

If you’re within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel your membership without a fee if you haven’t used the facilities. If you’ve visited, charges apply as follows:

- 0-1 Visit: No charge.

- 2-3 Visits: Day pass fee per visit will be applied.

- 4 or More Visits: A flex membership fee will be charged.
