Can I cancel my membership because of the price increase?

If your membership is indexed with a percentage equal to or lower than the CPI percentage, you will not be able to cancel your membership before your contract end date. 

If your membership has been increased by a percentage higher than the CPI percentage and you are still in contract, you have the right to request an early cancellation within 4 weeks after the price increase announcement (28 June 2026). After this, the right to cancel your membership before the contract end date expires. 

If you were increased higher than the CPI, it is possible to cancel through the app by navigating to Studio > Self-Service > Contract Data and select membership > Cancel Contract > Proceed to cancellation > Select reason: Price indexation July 2026 (limited members only). Your membership will be terminated per your first payment in July 2026, either on or after July 1st, depending on your billing cycle. 

Alternatively, you can apply for an early cancelation through our portal. Make sure you select the right cancelation reason. 

If you’re unsure whether your still within your contract period or not, please check your contract in the app by going to Studio > Self-Service > Contract Data > Active Membership > Download Contract.
