How to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership directly in the Clubsportive app.
If you’re out of contract, a one-month notice period is required to cancel your membership. If you’re still within the contract period, the earliest cancellation date will be your contract end date. Here’s how to submit a cancellation request:
1) Open the ClubSportive app and go to Studio.
2) Select Self-Service.
3) Tap on Contract Data, then Active Membership.
4) Choose Cancel Contract, then tap Proceed to Cancellation.
5) Provide a reason for your cancellation and confirm your request.
Your cancellation will be processed, and you’ll receive confirmation by email. You can also check the exact cancellation date in the Messages section of the app.
