How can I update my details in the app?
| To update your login details, please follow the steps below: - Open the app and navigate to Profile. - Under the heading Account, select one of the following options: - Edit App Profile - Change Email Address - Change Password - Follow the steps when prompted to make your changes. - Select Confirm to save your changes. If you need to update the details used for communication from us (not for logging in), follow these steps: - Navigate to Studio on the bottom menu. - Select Self-Service at the top. - Select Member Data. - Choose from one of the following options: - Personal Data - Address - Contact details - Follow the steps when prompted to make your changes. - Update your details and save your changes. |
