Where can I find my QR code, and how do I use it?
| Your QR code can be found in the app by following the steps below: - Open your app. - Select Home from the menu at the bottom of the screen. - Tap Club Access in the top left-hand corner. - Your QR code will open. You can use this to check in and out of the club. Please note that your QR code is personal and cannot be used by anyone else. Screenshots of the QR code will not work. You don't need an internet connection to use your QR code. If your QR code is not allowing you access to the club, it could be for one of the following reasons: - Your membership is no longer active. - Your membership does not include access to the club you are trying to visit. - There is an overdue payment on your account that needs to be settled. For further assistance with access problems, please speak to a host at the club. |
