I have been transferred to the collection Agency, how does this work?

If your account has been transferred to a collection agency, they will now handle any outstanding membership payments. Please contact the collection agency directly for assistance and inquiries here: https://www.boederincasso.nl/


- Club Access: Until the outstanding balance is settled with the agency, your club access will remain temporarily suspended.

- Reactivation: The collection agency processes payments twice a month. Once your payment is received and updated in our system, your membership will be reactivated, and we’ll resume any regular direct debits.
