I cancelled my membership, why am I still being charged?

If you canceled your membership but still see charges, here are possible reasons:


- Cancellation Notice Period: Membership cancellations require a 1-month notice. If a billing cycle starts during this period, you’ll be billed for any active membership days remaining. This charge may be prorated based on your final termination date. 

- Contract End Date: If you canceled but are within your initial contract period, your membership remains active until the contract end date. Payments are required until that date.
