How does the waiting list for classes work?

In our system, there will be a waiting list for classes that reach full capacity. Here’s how it operates:

1) Joining the Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waiting list for that class. This process is similar to booking a class.

2) Automatic Booking: Should a spot become available, participants will be automatically moved from the waiting list into the class on first come, first served basis.

3) Notifications: If you secure a spot in the class from the waiting list, you will receive an email notification to inform you of your successful booking.

Automated sign-in from the waiting list to the class stops 14 hours prior to class, to ensure the automatically signed up member has 2 hours’ time to cancel if needed.

Therefore, if a spot becomes available and you would like to book it, you must first cancel your position on the waiting list. Once you have cancelled your waiting list spot, you can proceed to book the available spot.
