How does the waiting list for classes work?

In our system, there will be a waiting list for classes that reach full capacity. Here’s how it operates: 

1) Joining the Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waiting list for that class. This process is similar to booking a class. 

2) Automatic Booking: Should a spot become available, participants will be automatically moved from the waiting list into the class on first come, first served basis. 

3) Notifications: If you secure a spot in the class from the waiting list, you will receive an e-mail notification to inform you of your successful booking. 

Automatic sign-in from the waiting list closes 60 minutes before the class starts. If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please remember to remove yourself from the waiting list in time to avoid a no-show.
