How can I freeze my membership due to illness, injury or temporary relocation?
If you need to pause your membership due to illness, injury, or temporary relocation, Clubsportive allows freezes for up to 6 months per year. Here’s how to request a freeze:
1) Open the Clubsportive app and navigate to Self-service> Idle Period
2) Upload documentation based on your situation:
Temporary Relocation: Upload a study/work agreement, rental agreement, or a return ticket.
Medical Reasons: Provide a doctor’s note, physiotherapy note, or specialist appointment confirmation.
3) Ensure your document includes your personal data that matches your membership.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed. You’ll receive confirmation if it’s approved, or guidance if further documentation is needed.
