How can I update my communication preferences?

There are different types of communications that you may receive from us, including email, post and app notifications. You can manage your communication preferences at any time through the app.

To update your communication preferences, please follow the below steps:

- Log in to the app and navigate to Studio using the bottom navigation bar.

- Select Self-Service from the top menu.

- Tap Communication.

- Update your preferences for email, post and app notifications as required.

Alternatively, if you wish to unsubscribe from marketing emails, you can do so by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email you have received from us and following the on-screen instructions.

If you would like to subscribe again in the future, simply revisit a previous email and follow the instructions provided via the subscription preferences link.
