Is there a minimum commitment period for memberships?

Our Flex membership has the shortest commitment period: a minimum of 4 weeks. Longer memberships run until your contract end date.

How a Flex membership works:

- Minimum term: 4 weeks

- Notice period: one month, counted from the day you cancel

- Payments: your membership fee is collected every 4 weeks

Because of the one-month notice period, you'll always have one more payment after you cancel. This final payment is adjusted to the number of days your membership is still active in that period.
