Can I cancel my membership because of the membership fee adjustment?

If your membership is indexed with a percentage equal or lower than the CPI and you have a membership of 1 year or longer, you will not be able to cancel your membership term early. This price indexation is allowed within Clubsportive's General Terms and Conditions.

If your membership has been adjusted by a percentage higher than the CPI and you are within your membership contract, you have the option to cancel until July 27th, 2025 via the app or through the general contact form. This price adjustment is also allowed within Clubsportive's General Terms and Conditions. 

In the case of cancelling, your membership will be terminated on or after August 1st, 2025, depending on your payment cycle. However, after July 27th, 2025, the right to cancel your membership early will expire.

    Please follow these steps to request a cancellation if you were increased higher than the CPI :

Through the app: Studio -> Self-service -> Contract data and select membership -> Cancel contract -> Proceed to cancellation -> Select reason: Price Indexation July 2025 limited members only.

If you are no longer in contract, you can cancel anytime by giving one-month notice via the app following the steps mentioned above.
