Can I cancel my membership because of the membership fee adjustment?
- If your membership is indexed with a percentage equal or lower than the CPI, you will not be able to cancel your membership early if you are still within contract.
If your membership has been adjusted by a percentage higher than the CPI and you are still in contract, you have the right to request an early cancellation. However, after December 28th 2025, the right to cancel your membership early expires.
Only if you were increased higher than the CPI you can cancel through one of these options:
- Via the app*
Studio → Self-service → Contract data and select membership → Cancel contract → Proceed to cancellation → Select reason: Price Indexation January 2026 (limited members only).
Your membership will then be terminated on or after January 1st, 2026, depending on your payment cycle.
*This will cancel the membership as of the contract end first, but it triggers a self-service request which will then be approved or denied and confirmed by email.

General contact form → Tell us who you are (Regular or Corporate member) → What do you need support with? → Membership → Cancellation (Price increase).
If you are no longer in contract, you can cancel anytime by giving one-month notice via the app following the steps mentioned above.
