Can I cancel my membership because of the membership fee adjustment?

• If your membership is indexed with a percentage equal or lower than the CPI, you will not be able to cancel your membership term early. 

• If your membership has been adjusted by a percentage higher than the CPI and you are within your membership contract, you have the option to cancel until August 24th, 2025. Your membership will then be terminated on or after August 31st, 2025, depending on your payment cycle. However, after August 24th, 2025, the right to cancel your membership early will expire.

    Please follow these steps to request a cancellation if you were increased higher than the CPI :

• Via the app: Studio → Self-service → Contract data and select membership → Cancel contract → Proceed to cancellation → Select reason: Price Indexation Summer 2025 (limited members only). Find the same steps in this FAQ.

• Via the contact form: General contact form → Tell us what kind of member are you → What do you need support with? → Membership → Early cancellation request →  Price Indexation Summer 2025 (limited members only). 

• If you are no longer in contract, you can cancel anytime by giving one-month notice via the app following the steps mentioned above.
