Do I get a no-show penalty if I miss a scheduled class?

Yes, there is a no-show penalty in place for missed classes. Here’s how it works:

1) No-Show Definition: A no-show occurs when you fail to attend a scheduled class without cancelling your booking in advance.

2) Penalty Trigger: If you do not show up for three scheduled classes without cancelling, a penalty will be applied.

3) Booking Suspension: As a consequence of three no-shows, your ability to book classes and appointments will be frozen for a period of two weeks.
