Can I cancel my membership because of the membership fee adjustment?

If your membership is indexed with a percentage lower than the CPI price index, and you have a membership of 1 year or longer, you will not be able to cancel your membership term early. This price indexation is allowed within your membership Terms and Conditions. 

If your membership has been adjusted by a percentage higher than the CPI price index, and you are within your membership contract, you have the option to cancel until December 29th, 2024 via your new Clubsportive app. Please do the following:

Download the new Clubsportive app if you haven't done that yet

1) Open the ClubSportive app and go to Studio.

2) Select Self-Service.

3) Tap on Contract Data, then Active Membership.

4) Choose Cancel Contract, then tap Proceed to Cancellation.

5) Choose reason: Price Indexation for your cancellation and confirm your request.

Your cancellation will be reviewed by us and processed when applicable. You’ll receive confirmation by email. You can also check the exact cancellation date in the Messages section of the app.

If it is possible to cancel your membership within contract, your membership will be terminated on or after January 1st, 2025, depending on your payment cycle. However, after December 29th, 2024, the right to cancel your membership early will expire.

If you are no longer in contract, you can cancel via the same way as described above, anytime by giving one-month notice via this page.
